Cast members from the electrifying musical sensation TINA - THE TINA TURNER MUSICAL will perform at the 41st Woolworths Carols in the Domain on Saturday 16th December.
The musical blockbuster, featuring breakout star Ruva Ngwenya as the legendary Tina Turner, has received standing ovations and rave reviews from audiences and critics alike.
The Tony and Olivier Award-nominated musical will be embarking on a journey across Australia, with upcoming seasons scheduled in Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, and Melbourne in 2024.
Before it closes in Sydney, TINA - THE TINA TURNER MUSICAL will perform live at Sydney’s iconic Carols in the Domain.
The producers of TINA - THE TINA TURNER MUSICAL said: “We are excited to perform at such an iconic Australian event and to enable us to, our theatre performance on December 16 will start earlier so we can make a dash from the Theatre Royal to Sydney’s Domain in time for us to perform on stage at Carols in the Domain”.
“It’s a huge undertaking to transport the cast to Carols that involves our event management team, security and even police, but to have the cast, in costume, performing at the 41st Carols in the Domain will be a truly special event” said Carols longstanding executive producer Michael McKay.
